This Privacy Policy explains how Ads4you OU ("Ads4you", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data in connection with this website. We keep data collection to a minimum: the website itself does not run analytics, does not use tracking cookies, does not rely on third-party services, and does not store visitor data on our servers.
01 Who we are
Ads4you OU is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
02 What data we collect
We do not collect personal data automatically as you browse this website. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the support form or by contacting us directly.
When you use the support form, it may include:
- Your email address — so we can reply to you.
- Your message — the content you write to us.
- The product you select (e.g. AI Home Planner or HypnoPixels) — so we can route your request.
How the form works. The support form does not send data to a server or database on this website. When you press "Send message", it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled and ready to send to our support inbox. Your message is then sent through your own email provider, and we receive it like any ordinary email.
03 Why we use your data and our legal basis
We use the information you send us solely to read, understand, and respond to your inquiry or support request. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to messages sent to us, and — where your message relates to a product or service you use — taking steps in the context of that relationship (Article 6(1)(b)).
04 How long we keep it
We keep the emails and information you send us only for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
05 Who has access to your data
Your message is accessible to the Ads4you team members who handle support and correspondence. We may also rely on our email service provider, which processes and stores incoming email on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
06 Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use web analytics to profile visitors.
07 International transfers
Ads4you OU is established in Estonia (European Union). Where a service provider we use (such as our email provider) processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is carried out under safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
